Where is data hosted?
In India. Production runs on ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Read replicas, backups, and DR mirrors all stay within India. We are DPDPA-aligned by default.
How long does onboarding take?
An institution can run its first drive within 5 working days of pilot kickoff. A full placement season runs within the existing TPO + coordinator team — we do not require additional hires.
Do you integrate with our existing ERP / LMS?
We integrate with most major Indian higher-ed ERPs and learning platforms. Write to partners@campusplugin360.com with your current stack.
What about NAAC / AICTE / UGC reporting?
CampusPlugin generates pre-formatted exports for NAAC criterion 2, AICTE EOA, UGC placement data, and NIRF placement weight. Set up takes 1-2 working days per export schema.
How do you handle DPDPA consent?
Consent is captured at the student-onboarding step with explicit purpose statements. Students see and can revoke consent for each data-sharing scope. The consent ledger is auditable.
