The National Education Policy 2020 frames employability as a measurable outcome of a higher education program — not just an externality. CampusPlugin records the four outcomes accreditors most commonly ask for: readiness, placement, retention at six months, and progression to higher study.
Readiness is recorded as a tiered score per student per term against an institution-defined rubric. Placement is the seal of an offer accepted and reported by the student. Retention is a sampled check at six months captured through the wallet — institutions own the response rate and can fund or not fund the check at their discretion.
Progression to higher study is captured at the wallet level when the student opts in. We do not require the student to surface this — the wallet is theirs.
Every outcome is sealed to the chain. Aggregate dashboards on the institution side are read-only over the chain so the numbers the institution shows the accreditor are the same numbers the chain proves.
