How these numbers are computed

Pilot counts come from leadIntakeSignal filtered to institution_pilot leads. Seals + chain stages come from evidenceChainSignal. Trust tiers come from studentTrustSignal. Shortlist + foundation totals come from their respective explainer functions. Every number on this page is a live read of canonical state — there is no marketing edit layer.

Conversion rate is reported as a ratio (converted / converted + lost) and shown as — until at least one terminal decision exists, so we never inflate a small sample.
