APAAR ( Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry ) and ABC ( Academic Bank of Credits ) are the two GOI primitives that make student credits portable across Indian institutions. CampusPlugin is APAAR / ABC readiness aligned — we keep student records in a format that the official rails accept when an institution plugs in.
On every student onboarding we stage a record set carrying the fields APAAR enrolment needs: full name, date of birth, Aadhaar reference where consented, photograph hash, institution code, program code, current term. The record set is signed and held in the student wallet until the institution issues the registration call.
For ABC we expose a per-student credit ledger that can be exported to the ABC format on demand. The ledger references the institution course catalog, the term in which credits were earned, and the seal of the academic record that produced them.
We do not enroll the student into APAAR or transfer credits to ABC on behalf of an institution. Those calls remain the institution to make, on the rails operated by NEGD / UGC.
