Is this a substitute for our finance + CSR team?
No. CampusPlugin is the evidence chain underneath your team's work: Schedule VII classification, per-spend evidence packets, BG/4 close, CSR-2 packet assembly. Your CFO and CSR Committee still file.
Will the MCA accept our CSR-2 from this?
CampusPlugin produces a CSR-2 packet aligned with the MCA21 schema, with HMAC seals + Schedule VII classifications + evidence packet ids. MCA acceptance and filing remain the corporate's responsibility.
What about CSR-1 implementing-agency requirements?
We register the foundation as a first-class entity with Section 8 / 12A / 80G verification, trust deed, CSR Committee resolution, and corporate-to-foundation delegation mapping. The CSR-1 registration id is captured at intake.
How long until we see a demo dashboard?
48 hours after the form is submitted. The dashboard is pre-configured to your Schedule VII clause, target districts, and partner institutions. Your CSR and finance leads walk through it on the first call.
How do you handle DPDPA on beneficiary data?
Beneficiary lists are anonymised at source for public exports and stored as student-internal records only with sealed DPDPA-aligned consent. The CSR-2 packet cites a DPDPA-anonymisation proof document id.
What does this cost beyond the demo?
Pricing is scope-dependent (annual CSR budget tracked, number of programmes, number of partner institutions). The demo and first CSR-2 readiness review have no cost so your team can see the artefacts before any commercial discussion.
Can a single corporate run multiple foundations on the platform?
Yes. The corporate-to-foundation delegation mapping supports multiple verified foundations under one corporate id. Spend, evidence and CSR-2 packets are scoped per foundation × fiscal year so audit trails do not commingle.
What if MCA later reclassifies a Schedule VII activity?
Reclassification is recorded as a new HMAC-sealed classification record with the old record retained for audit. Linked outcomes follow the new clause; the audit chain shows both the original classification and the supersession.
Do you support the impact assessment requirement above ₹10 crore?
The CSR-2 packet has a slot for the impact assessment document id and impact-assessment reviewer attribution. The assessment itself is conducted by the corporate or an empanelled assessor; we hold the artefact and HMAC-seal its hash.
How does this compare to a typical CSR reporting consultancy?
